Simplicity Complex

I have always wanted to make a game since i was little.

I'm finally getting to take some classes in dev and this is my first complete project.

It's a short, medium-difficulty metroidvania about an employee who is a bit of a luddite and has had enough "improvement" in his office and has to escape the newly installed security system to quit his job. 

File is a ROM for use in a gameboy emulator

All backgrounds made using a single tileset.

Note:
UP/DOWN at the start menu brings up a difficulty select
Down + Jump can be used to jump through platforms
